Mobile App protocol recording in LoadRunner

I am using LR 11 and want to record a mobile application script via Mobile App(http/html) protocol, I have downloaded the patch for the same.

Now when I tried recording using Record Emulator option its launcing the emulator and also while performing some activities in the emulator it is generating the events also, but the script is not getting generated in Vugen.

I have tried with both the html mode and web mode of recording but for both the modes the script is not getting generated.

I am using KEmulator as the emulator. Please help.

Thanks in advance

We tried with Android Emulator with http/html protocol protocol long back .. it worked for me. Here are the Few Inputs: 1. Download any Andrioid Emulator (Depends on Pjct) 2. In LR use "Http/html protocol" and select win32 application instead of Internet applications and provide Android Emulator exe file path 3. Open Browser in emulator and perform activities .. so that LR will record all the Http traffic, then it's very similar to Web. Not sure with Mobile App(http/html) protocol. Regards, Ajay

Thank you for your reply.

But I have tried the points you mentioned, but it is still not generating the script. I am using "KEmulator" emulator.

If it possible to give a try by using Android emulator . just to confirm the issue wheather the issue with emulator . or any other?
